Trek Madone Maanteerattad

Maanteerattad on mõeldud kasutamiseks asfaltkattel/kindlal pinnasel ning neile on iseloomulikud kitsad rehvid, mis on tavaliselt pumbatud suhteliselt kõrgele rõhule (6-8 baari), et vähendada veeretakistust.

Maanteejalgratta raamil on eriline geomeetria ja juhtraua kuju (oinasarvede kujul) võimaldab sõitja käed ja keha paigutada nii, et õhutakistus oleks võimalikult väike ja sõitmine oleks pikalt mugav. Kaasaegsed maanteerattad on varustatud ka ketaspiduritega, mis muudavad pidurdamise tõhusaks kõikides ilmastikutingimustes.
