You can return the purchased product at Veloprofs.lv stores in Riga, Maskavas iela 240 or Riga, Brīvības iela 401. According to the Consumer Protection Act, all goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for at least 2 years. Terms of use of the online shop are available here.
