OPTIMAL CONDITIONS OF USE

Recommended especially for medium to long duration rides, where saddle rubbing is increased. For maximum benefits, use between 5-25 minutes before exercise. Its application can be diverse, it can be applied on the pad on the support area or directly on the skin. Subsequently, it should be spread gently until completely absorbed.
